CONCEPT

Reduced weight , breathability and waterproofness make the Alaska jacket the must-have shell for every mountaineer who has to deal with icy walls , climbs and descents with skis on their feet and winter ascents of impervious channels.

The three-layer fabric is not only lightweight and comfortable , it is also robust and resistant to contact with typical mountain surfaces: rock, ice, snow and shrubs. No compromises in terms of comfort and freedom of movement thanks to the excellent fit of the garment. Alaska is the essential shell for any activity where high breathability and excellent waterproofing of the garment are required. The 3-layer fabric, partly eco-sustainable, ensures excellent protection from wind and water (20,000 mm water column) combined with excellent breathability (40,000 g / m2 / 24 hours). With a reduced weight to a minimum without sacrificing the typical features of a super technical garment, it is light to wear and to carry in a compact backpack. Large pocket positioned higher up to be easily accessible with a harness and two-way adjustable hood to fit perfectly with or without a helmet . Under-sleeve ventilation zip with double slider to regulate warmth and breathability during steep climbs and during the most intense efforts.
