CONCEPT

Re.Spire is the new 99% eco version of the modern reinterpretation of the famous red sweater of the Ragni di Lecco , very strong mountaineers from Northern Italy. It is a high-performance and highly technical garment that meets the needs of the most demanding mountaineer, guaranteeing maximum freedom of movement and protection from wind and cold. It is ideal as an intermediate layer under a down jacket on the coldest days but is also an excellent external layer in dynamic, high-intensity activities: mountaineering, ski mountaineering and trekking. It is a winning mix of lightness, breathability and warmth. The Pontetorto Tecnopile fabric, 100% Italian and recycled from plastic bottles, gives the Re.Spire high elasticity and a high thermal insulation coefficient. The external side is smooth with a super technical look and resistant to abrasion and wear typical of the mountain environment, where contact with the rock is more than frequent. The internal pile side has the characteristic of retaining heat while allowing the humidity produced by the most intense efforts to migrate towards the outside. Between the two fabrics there is an elastomeric fiber that gives the fabric maximum comfort and maximum wearability during all outdoor activities. A wraparound hood, which can be worn conveniently under a helmet, and cuffs with finger loops complete the garment.
